By booking any of our services by phone, email, text or WhatsApp you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• We take every reasonable care when carrying out our work. However, Wellingborough Window & Gutter Cleaning cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage, failed seals, loose fittings, rotten window frames, deteriorated pointing, damaged guttering, or any structural defects that become apparent during or after cleaning.

• Customers must provide safe and unrestricted access to all areas requiring cleaning. If access is restricted or unsafe, we reserve the right to postpone or amend the service.

• Please ensure all windows, doors and roof vents are securely closed before we begin. We cannot accept responsibility for water entering a property through open or defective windows, doors, vents, or failed seals.

• Conservatory Roof Cleaning: We use professional cleaning methods designed to safely remove dirt, algae, moss and organic growth. However, due to the age and condition of many conservatories, we cannot accept responsibility for leaks that occur during or after cleaning where these are caused by pre-existing failed seals, perished rubber gaskets, deteriorated glazing bars, damaged roof panels, cracked glass or polycarbonate sheets, or poor previous installation. Cleaning may expose existing defects that were previously hidden by dirt or moss. We do not guarantee the removal of permanent staining, UV discolouration, oxidation, or ingrained marks.

• Gutter clearing removes leaves, moss and debris from accessible gutters and downpipes where possible. We do not carry out repairs unless specifically agreed and cannot guarantee the condition of ageing or damaged guttering systems.
• Cleaning of fascias, soffits, cladding, solar panels and other exterior surfaces will be completed using appropriate equipment and techniques. Some permanent staining or weathering may remain after cleaning.

• We reserve the right to postpone work due to adverse weather conditions or any circumstances that may affect the safety of our staff or the quality of the service.

• Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Any concerns regarding completed work should be reported within 24 hours so we can inspect and, where appropriate, rectify any issues.

• Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
